Account Manager

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, analysis of business data and trending, daily communication, and the exchange of information. This position, based in Memphis , TN, working on site in our office with a major Automotive Client, maintaining close client contact and working directly with the ACB Management team to fulfill the Automotive Client's business requirements on a day-to-day basis.

Essential Duties:

Functions as key contact with Automotive Client on all operational program items; Communicates Automotive Client initiative and needs to ACB Management Team; Interfaces with Automotive Client dealers and other vendors and agencies as directed; Resolves day-to-day problems and issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience. Highly skilled in the use of MS Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. 3 years automotive retail or brand management experience preferred. Successful candidate must be customer service, goal and detail oriented along with being self motivated with good planning and organizational skills.
